Position Summary We are seeking two compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join the Maternal Child Home Health team for community-based care in the Bronx Borough. This position involves visiting patients in their homes, providing care to newborns through adolescents (0–18 years), and occasionally offering postpartum care to mothers during newborn visits. Ideal candidates will have acute care experience across MedSurg, Pediatrics, Critical Care, or Maternal Child Health, and be comfortable delivering independent in-home care.
