Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team and support our growth initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn business development strategies, build professional networks, and contribute to the expansion of our organization.

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our Management and Sales teams, gaining hands-on experience in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and implementing growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and customers for expansion.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, market opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead and customer information.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business plans for prospective clients.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and coordinating communications with prospects.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report the success of business development initiatives and campaigns.
  • Event Participation: Assist in organizing and attending networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to identify opportunities and promote the organization.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a BS or Master’s program related to Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • A CGPA of 3.0 or Above.
  • Must be US Based.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interaction and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to propose new strategies and solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
