Your designs will directly impact the success of our paid advertising campaigns by blending engaging visuals with data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Ad Creative Development Design performance-focused ad creatives, including static and video assets, tailored for paid social platforms. Performance-Driven Iterations Optimize creatives using performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with campaign goals. Collaboration Work closely with growth managers, creative leads, and clients to understand brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives. Trend Monitoring Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to produce cutting-edge creatives. Creative Tools Use graphic design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma or Canva to execute high-quality work. Requirements: Experience Minimum of 2 years in performance marketing or digital advertising, with hands-on experience creating ad creatives.
