Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Reading and Writing Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping students improve their literacy skills and reach their academic goals. As a tutor, you will work with students in a one-on-one or small group setting, guiding them through personalized lessons that focus on reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and other key areas of language arts. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized tutoring in reading and writing to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Use creative and effective strategies to engage students and foster a love of reading and writing.
• Help students prepare for standardized tests and school assignments.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional relationship with students.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
