Job Description

Join a small team in a boutique IP Litigation & Valuation practice. Manage their IP valuation projects for M&A, tax, and estate purposes. Take them through review and sign them. Split your time with managing litigation projects calculating damages from defamation which often involve the Internet. Mentor and train Analysts working on your engagements. The culture is one of respectful, drama-free collegiality. What You Need To Be Successful: A minimum of five years' experience performing and issuing opinions of value for tax, estate, M&A, and other purposes. Demonstrated experience valuing Intellectual Property assets. Demonstrated experience training and mentoring staff. Valuation credential necessary to sign opinions
