Position: Sales Manager (Spain / Turkey)

About the Project:  FFA – a rapidly growing EdTech project focused on working with a warm client base.

• Salary: $1000–2500 (fixed salary + % from sales).
• Working hours: 10:00–19:00 local time of your assigned country (Spain/Turkey), 5 days a week (floating days off).

Main responsibilities:

• Working with a warm client base.
• Selling educational products via phone.
• Maintaining and updating information in the CRM system.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in telephone sales (preferably in EdTech).
• Fluent in Spanish or Turkish (oral and written).
• Proficient in English (required), knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a significant advantage.
• Proven successful sales results (regularly in Top-3 of previous teams).
• Familiar with various sales techniques.

• Interview with Head of Sales Department (online).
• Number of vacancies: 3 candidates for Spain and 3 candidates for Turkey.
