smartdept. is searching for a Social Media Coordinator for a healthcare client located in Cincinnati, OH . The ideal candidate will come with 2+ years of experience. This is a  full-time, remote contract opportunity, with a pay rate of $16-$17/hr, depending on experience. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Researching and compiling social trends, ideas and fresh idea executions to inform and propose new content
• Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
• Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
• Encourage greater social media participation
• Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
• Collaborating with teams to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Define and create branded style templates for new and existing social content.
• “Think outside the box” ideas, steering trend curation and content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in
• Background in the Healthcare industry
• SEO knowledge 

What You’ll Need:  

• Education/Experience:
  • Associate's degree in related field
  • SEO knowledge 
  • 2+ years of experience
  • A portfolio with SEO and Healthcare examples
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing
  • background in Healthcare is a must
