Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for establishing and advancing Scrum practices across at least two teams while acting as a facilitator to help teams maintain transparency in their work and adapt based on learned experiences. This role enhances team effectiveness by removing impediments and promoting open communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and develop Scrum practices within the organization and teams

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe principles

  • Identify and remove impediments that may impact team effectiveness

  • Monitor and report on team progress using Agile metrics to improve performance

  • Foster open discussion and proactively resolve conflicts within the team

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various regions and time zones, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal relations

  • Stay updated with the latest Agile practices and SAFe guidelines, continuously improving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles

  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its implementation

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master in an international company, preferably in a SAFe environment

  • Proficient in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

  • Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe principles

  • Knowledge of Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and time zones

  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to address issues and foster collaboration within the team

  • Experience in applying Agile metrics and reporting to track progress and improve team performance

  • Ability to identify and remove impediments to help the team deliver value consistently

  • Knowledge of other Agile frameworks like Kanban or Lean is a plus

  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest Agile practices and SAFe guidelines

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
