We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Preschool or Elementary School Teacher / Educator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners, ensuring their success from the onboarding stage through to renewal. This position requires a blend of sales-focused mindset and educational expertise. As a remote team member, you will be expected to regularly visit partners in the Tampa area and surrounding locations. This role may occasionally require evening or weekend work to support our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and concerns, providing timely and effective responses.
Conduct regular onsite visits and check-ins with partners to assess satisfaction and gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement a smooth and effective onboarding process for new partners.
Drive and execute a partner success strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and enhances partner engagement.
Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with existing partners, contributing to long-term success.
Provide training, guidance, and resources to partners to help them maximize their use of our educational products and services.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure swift resolution of issues and seamless communication.
Analyze partner data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Produce detailed reports on partner success metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure an integrated approach to partner strategies.
Assist with resolving customer support issues for the entire customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction across the board.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Preschool or Elementary School Teacher, preferably within a public school environment.
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
Proven track record of initiative, resilience, and self-motivation, with a creative problem-solving approach to challenges.
Strong advocate for early childhood education and a passion for making a positive impact.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills—current partners love working with you.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret partner data and translate it into actionable insights.
Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
Enthusiastic about exploring new project management tools and techniques to streamline processes.
Comfortable with making outreach calls to engage and connect with providers and educators.
Willingness to travel within the region, including occasional weekends, and attend evening events as necessary.

This full-time, hybrid role is based in the Tampa area. The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 USD annually, plus bonuses and stock options. Total compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
