Who We Are
We are a boutique real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles with a mixed asset portfolio specializing in multifamily and hospitality, value ad and ground-up development across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Sales and marketing.
• Manage and oversee 100+ unit property.
• Responsible for community outreach and collaboration.
• Ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention.
• Partner with facilities and engineering teams to ensure physical assets are operating at peak performance levels.
• Customer service.
• Property Financial Performance.
• Monitor and review monthly operating results for both the property management and building services operations.
• Attend management meetings as requested by upper management.
• Report on department updates at staff meetings.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of property management is preferred (internships included).
• High Energy.
• Attention to detail.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
