Springdale Preparatory School seeks an Upper and Middle School English Teacher to join our talented team for the upcoming 2025-26 academic year. This position may teach a wide range of English subject areas from world literature through composition and literature, including Advance Placement and/or English Language and Literature.

Springdale offers a rigorous curriculum based on real-world application to equip students socially, academically, and emotionally. Springdale teachers offer differentiated and globally minded instruction to students in small class sizes. Full-time teachers are responsible for teaching four or five classes per academic year, as well as participating in extracurricular activities. English teachers should have the ability to infuse technology to create inquiry and project-based lessons to enhance students learning through various instructional strategies and approaches. Springdale teachers encourage and support students though a positive learning environment.
