Marketing Manager

We're searching for a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for a global SaaS provider of financial operations solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about leveraging the latest marketing automation tools and best practices for lead generation, content marketing, and communications.
The Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance of the marketing team, ensuring that goals are met while also mentoring, coaching, and expanding the team with top talent. This role requires someone who stays ahead of industry trends and adapts marketing strategies to align with changing landscapes in B2B marketing.
This position works closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product Management teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that showcase our suite of solutions.
We are currently looking for candidates based in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience leading successful global marketing initiatives with measurable results.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, or similar tools.
4-6 years of experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, the buyer's journey, and content development.
Ability to identify target audiences and create compelling digital campaigns that engage and convert.
Familiarity with finance and administration technology solutions and the competitive landscape.
