Injection Molding Maintenance Technician

Brownsville, TX | Starting at $40/hr. + $45day per diem

12-hour shifts | 7 days/week | Tools Provided | Mileage Reimbursed+ Hotel Provided

We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technicians to support our fast-paced, high-volume automotive manufacturing operation in Brownsville, TX .

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on injection mold machines.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Follow all lockout/tagout procedures (training provided on site)
• Participate in overhead crane operation training as required
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly in a rugged industrial environment

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: 10 years of maintenance experience - MUST have worked on Milicron or Cincinnati Injection Molding Machines
• Experience working in the Automotive manufacturing industry is a plus!
• Available to work 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. or more
• Own tools helpful , but tools will be provided
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills required
