Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support data-driven decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel—including expertise in functions such as XLOOKUP—and some entry-level experience with Python for data manipulation. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and validate data from various internal and external sources. Ensure data integrity through routine cleaning and quality checks using Excel and other tools. Major emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain reports using Excel (advanced functions including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros) as well as visualization tools such as Salesforce Analytic Studio. A Utilize entry-level Python skills to automate routine data tasks, including data cleaning and basic statistical analysis using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support business initiatives. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to improve data collection and analysis processes. Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on maximizing technical capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with functions such as XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Experience with at least one data analysis tool/language (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or prior work experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools.
  • Experience with data cleaning and transformation processes.
