We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced and growing Analytics team in Southlake, Texas. Essential Requirements Passion for learning, quick thinking and problem solving. Actively conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, and/or evaluating information gathered. Assist with development and acquisition due diligence, including creating and maintaining project due diligence folders and oversee collection of project due diligence data. Conduct in-depth research on market conditions for each asset class. Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field (Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, etc.) REQUIRED. Some analysis experience is preferred. Above average Microsoft Excel skills. Organized and Detailed. Comfortable reading and understanding data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
