Inventory Coordinator

On-site: Richmond, CA

Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? Join our team as an Inventory Coordinator and play a key role in managing inventory across multiple warehouses. You’ll work independently, communicate cross-functionally, and ensure our products meet the highest standards from receipt to shipment.

Duties:

• Receive and verify all inbound products
• Maintain 99% inventory accuracy, including lot numbers and shelf life
• Reserve product in real-time to ensure timely customer shipments
• Coordinate with Account Management and Logistics to resolve issues
• Manage transfer orders, USDA/USDC inspections, and QA testing
• Reconcile inventory reports and resolve discrepancies
• Process claims and returns within 24–48 hours
• Support domestic logistics and cross-train with other teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to solve problems independently and under pressure
• Basic math and percentage calculation skills
