This Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse position requires a minimum of 3 years of critical care experience and 1 year of dedicated experience in Interventional Radiology, including endovascular lab, cath lab, CT, ultrasound, and angiography, as well as patient recovery. The role involves providing direct patient care for a variety of complex cases, including stroke, cerebral vascular diseases, and peripheral vascular disease. On-call responsibilities are required for 8-10 shifts per month, with a 30-minute response time. The successful candidate will be proficient in various special procedures and possess strong skills in critical care nursing. Floating between locations is required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care for patients with stroke, cerebral vascular diseases/defects, peripheral vascular disease, fistulas, line/drain placements, DCA, stroke interventions, and procedural sedation.
- Performing special procedures including breathing treatments, chest tube setup/care, RSI drugs, trach care, vent management, drain management, wound vac care, sheath removal, epidural pump management, EVD/ICP monitoring, feeding tube management, fistula care, PCA pump management, PICC/central line management, vascular device access/care, syringe pump management, triple lumen catheter management, and assisting with cath lab procedures.
- Assisting with CT, endovascular lab, and stent placement procedures.
- Performing ultrasound procedures.
- Managing patient recovery post-procedure.
- Responding to on-call shifts within 30 minutes (8-10 shifts/month, including at least one weekend shift).
- Floating between the Cherry Hill and First Hill locations.
- Maintaining a 1:1 staffing ratio.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 3 years critical care experience.
- 1 year experience in Interventional Radiology (IR), endovascular lab, cath lab, CT, ultrasound, and angiography.
- ACLS & BCLS certifications.
- Proficient in sheath removal, IV starts, and ventilator management.
- Willingness to float between locations.
