Human Resources Coordinator We are seeking anexperienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This in-officeposition supports various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits,payroll, and employee relations. About the job: In-office5 days a week with flexibility for 2 remote days a month CompensationRange up to $32/hr Comprehensivebenefits package Responsibilities: Managejob postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling Handlejob descriptions, offer letters, background checks, and internships Maintainemployee records and update policies Onboardnew employees in the HR system Administerbenefits plans and ensure compliance Coordinatewith payroll providers for accuracy and compliance Preparereports, correspondence, and HR documents Respondto employee and stakeholder inquiries Supportsalary analysis, year-end reporting, and audits Qualifications: Bachelorsdegree Minimumof 1-2 years of HR experience Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency using ADPor a similar software program There are no costs for candidates utilizingour services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
