JFSA of Cleveland is actively seeking a full-time Group Home / House Manager.

Are you an experienced direct care professional looking for career advancement? JFSA of Cleveland seeks caring and attentive individuals to provide in-home care for adults with Developmental Disabilities. This full-time, salaried position reports to a Regional Coordinator and includes the option of medical, dental, and vision benefits, 403(b) with company match, and company-paid life insurance.

Job Summary:

1. Ensures immediate and efficient delivery of residential/community services to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
2. Supervises and teaches DSP staff to understand the needs of people with developmental disabilities to ensure quality services to consumers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Associate and/or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Supervisory experience required.
• Clear Background Check.
• Valid OH Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to be on call and work varied hours.
• Current Med Passer, CPR, & First Aid certifications (Preferred)
