Annual Salary:
Level I: - Y15A - $58,055.13/ Per Year + Full State Benefits Package
Level II: - Y15B - $62,409.27/ Per Year + Full State Benefits Package
Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

This is an Advantage Clinical Review Nurse position.
Job Responsibilities
Performs Health and Safety reviews for all ADvantage Waiver members with identified risk factors. Utilize professional expertise in making nursing decisions to ensure the health & safety of ADvantage Members. Take appropriate actions to alleviate risks when they are identified. Health and Safety reviews are performed within 5 working days of receipt. Exercises professional Nursing judgments to take decisive action based on justifications.
