What Does a TEAM MEMBER Do?

• Prepares and serves delicious Blizzards, sundaes, shakes, and ice cream with exceptional quality and care.
• Greets customers with a friendly attitude, takes accurate orders, and processes payments efficiently at the register.
• Ensures that dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces are kept clean and meet all health and safety standards.
• Works as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Takes drive-thru orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and friendly customer interaction.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment alongside a team.
• A hard-working individual with positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Physical Demands:

The Team Member position requires several physical demands, including:

• Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for handling food preparation and cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and read orders.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
