POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants for this position will have NC and SC Real Estate licenses
• Minimum 1 year real estate experience with proven sales record
• Must be a TEAM player, motivated and personable
• Live & Breathe HPREA Core Values
  
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
• Be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and focus on outstanding customer service
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

• Worked in a high volume, inbound/outbound sales environment
• Customer-facing service industry/restaurant experience
