Responsibilities

• Closing more deals with warm leads and referral opportunities
• Leveraging marketing, admin, and transaction support to free up your time
• Deepening your expertise with access to coaching, strategy, and training
• Building your personal brand while aligning with a trusted name
• Preparing to lead: hiring, training, and mentoring new agents as you scale

Qualifications

• A licensed agent with at least 2+ years of experience and a solid production history
• Motivated, hungry for growth, and ready for a bigger stage
• A natural relationship-builder who wants to serve at a high level
• Entrepreneurial and excited to build something long-term
