Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of planning and executing a wide range of events from small corporate gatherings to large-scale conferences. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets the objectives set by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness for all events.
Develop event concepts and themes that align with client objectives.
Liaise with clients to ascertain their specific event requirements.
Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
Oversee event logistics including catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
