What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement EH&S strategies, policies, and standards

• Drive site-wide safety and environmental programs to reduce risks and ensure compliance

• Analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements to reduce workplace hazards

• Influence senior management to foster a culture of safety and environmental leadership

• Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Conduct audits, inspections, and training programs to reinforce EH&S best practices

• Lead crisis management planning and response efforts

• Act as the primary EH&S representative at the site , maintaining professionalism and building strong relationships with customer leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or a related field

• Strong knowledge of EH&S policies, OSHA regulations, and ISO 14001 standards

• Experience managing safety programs and leading teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or related setting

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage employees at all levels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and compliance documentation

• Strong presence and professionalism to effectively represent the company at a separate location and interact with customer leadership
