Director Marketing

Description:

CRO strategy, and execute a strategic event marketing plan for strong industry presence. You will also own marketing analytics, manage the tech stack, and ensure marketing operations are efficient and scalable with AI tools.
The role includes overseeing a marketing team and working cross-functionally with sales, product, data science, and external agencies.

We seek a marketing leader to build and execute a high-performing demand generation strategy, refine our positioning, and elevate our digital presence to drive measurable revenue impact.
You’ll lead demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM), optimize and execute multi-channel campaigns, partner with sales and customer success teams, leverage AI-driven insights and personalization, refine company messaging and storytelling, oversee content development, drive website and digital experience transformation, and lead SEO efforts.

Requirements:

7-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong track record in demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing.
Deep experience in the research, reporting on pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, and attribution.
Practical experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, 6sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Experience managing external agency relationships.
Leadership and team management skills covering content, product marketing, and design.
Passion for leveraging AI for marketing efficiency.
Ability to comply with security and privacy practices and stay current with industry standards.
Experience in the research, insights, or customer experience space, ideally marketing to market researchers, insights teams, and CX leaders.
Proven ability to build and execute revenue-focused marketing programs.
Expertise in ABM and intent-based marketing with multi-channel campaign experience.
Hands-on experience optimizing digital assets and website performance.
Data-driven and analytical mindset, experienced in tracking marketing performance metrics.
