Are you a passionate customer advocate with a knack for building strong relationships?

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and growth. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on our clients' success.

What you'll do:

Client Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients in the hospitality industry.
Onboarding Expert: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our platform.
Growth Strategist: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to drive revenue growth.
Problem-Solver: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Business Advisor: Provide strategic guidance and best practices to help clients optimize their use of our platform.
Travel & Connect: Travel to client sites to conduct in-depth business reviews and strengthen relationships.
What we're looking for:

Experience: 3-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven track record in managing large accounts and driving customer satisfaction in a SaaS environment.
Hospitality Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
Relationship Builder: Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solver: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 82,361.00 Per Year
