Job Description

Our client within the online Casino industry is now seeking to recruit a CTO to join their team in Madrid.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the team through the best practice in software development approaches;
-Guide tech leads and teams through technical issues and challenges;
-Develop our front-end gaming web-site;
-Manage our iOS/Android application team;
-Understanding in VOIP programs/features;
-Find and develop different technology solutions;
-Conducting interviews and selecting a future development team;
-Participation in grooming of high-loaded technical tasks and optimization of existing product lines — (application performance, Payment Processing, etc.).

Requirements:
-5+ years in full stack software development with online web-sites and applications using React.js5+ years of managerial experience;
-Experience working with online casino industry
-Great communication skills in English
-Experience with JavaScript and React, REST API, Git, SCSS, RXJS ;
-Experience in managing small and large projects in igaming industry;
-Experience leading distributed engineering teams;
-Experience with high-scale data streaming
