Catering  specialist

Catering specialists is responsible to effectively execute every catering order with excellence while being an ambassador for the Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction. The role is also responsible to generate consistent and measurable growth in restaurant and catering sales efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

Catering:

• Grow Catering business line through active sales, and developing leads
• Once a catering order has been received, coordinate with the Kitchen Director / Manager to fulfill order
• Input a catering order
• Train other Leaders & Team Members to input a catering order
• Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.
• Have the catering bags ready for kitchen to load
• Deliver catering orders and/or plan for order delivery
• Complete all the set-up on site for the Guest
• Put all catering related items away upon return to the store
• Cash out the catering order upon delivery
• Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform Kitchen Director of ordering needs
• Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service
• Valid drivers licence required

Position Type : Full-Time or Part-time which includes 2-3 Saturday shifts/month (Sunday's off)

Starting Salary : Highly competitive based on experience and availability 13$ /16$ hr
