Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking & Restructuring at Selby Jennings Business Valuations Responsibilities Manage assignments from start to finish, including designing work plans, managing teams, reporting findings, and overseeing budgets, ensuring high-quality client service. Develop and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and act as the operational client-facing team member. Participate in business development by identifying new clients and opportunities, and expanding professional networks through conferences and events. Prepare and present pitches and proposals for prospective clients. Assess and manage risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Coach and support junior team members' development. Qualifications CPA and/or CFA designation, or pursuing a valuation credential (ABV, CVA, ASA, or equivalent). 8+ years of experience in economic damages and/or business valuation. Experience at a 'Big Four' firm is a plus. Strong report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and lead teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel.
