Position Overview

You'll focus on optimizing processes, implementing innovative smart factory solutions, and supporting operational system integration through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact corporate strategy projects aimed at long-term growth and profitability and market positioning in the automotive industry.
• Conduct market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning to guide executive decisions.
• Work closely with senior leadership to design and execute corporate strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Use data analysis to identify operational challenges and develop strategic solutions, concentrating on supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Perform thorough research and analysis on operational improvement opportunities within the global automotive parts supplier industry.
• Examine operational and financial performance data to identify issues within critical business processes and systems.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of targeted improvement initiatives to deliver measurable results.
• Lead AI-powered smart factory projects to automate and optimize supply chain management workflows, spearheading digital transformation.
• Partner with AI startups, academic institutions, and internal teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies, such as predictive analytics and machine learning, into manufacturing operations.
• Develop strategies for AI driven solution to improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, automotive corporate planning, or related fields.
• Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead corporate strategy projects, drive long-term growth, and enhance market positioning in the automotive parts industry.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Deep knowledge of supply chain management, including operational analysis, process optimization, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Digital Transformation: Strong background in leading AI-powered smart factory projects and integrating advanced technologies such as machine learning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and align strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in using data analysis to identify operational challenges and inform strategic decisions.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
