BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Location: Seattle, WA

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice Group in Seattle .

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

  • Bar Admission in Washington.

  • 3–5 years of substantive experience in complex business litigation .

  • 2+ years of experience as a litigation attorney in a law firm setting is required .

  • Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred , but not required.

  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with experience managing large and complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.

  • Handle sophisticated litigation matters with a team of experienced attorneys, collaborating both locally and nationally.

  • Provide legal counsel in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
