Job Description

Are you passionate about ensuring business continuity for a prestigious Fortune 100 client in the Americas region? We are seeking a skilled Business Continuity Analyst to join our dynamic Embedded Consulting team. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with our corporate business continuity program to safeguard the operations of our esteemed client.

Location:
This role requires your presence on-site for 3 days a week in one of these prime locations: Alexandria, VA, Washington, DC, NYC, NY, or Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing the business continuity strategy devised by our Head of Business Continuity and Regional Managers.
Collaborating with regional business teams to conduct business impact and risk assessments, identifying critical services, defining recovery objectives, and mapping critical dependencies.
Documenting business continuity plan requirements in our Corporate Continuity tool to ensure consistency and attestation.
Partnering with various teams, including Business, Global Real Estate, and Facilities, to coordinate recovery strategies as identified through the Business Continuity planning process.
Facilitating business continuity exercises and tests to identify potential gaps in plans and assess the functionality of work transference processes supporting recovery.
Proficiently handling substantial data and creating insightful reports.
Assisting in the launch and maintenance of tools and POC for conducting training.
Acting as a liaison with support teams to implement the program.
Supporting workplace resilience initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including facilities, business continuity, information technology, security, and crisis management, to seamlessly integrate within the disaster response cycle as required.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in implementing and managing corporate business continuity or risk management programs.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions and internationally, as needed.
A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
Proficiency with commercial Business Continuity tools.
Experience in managing and analyzing data from various sources to align with strategic goals.
Prior experience in responding to significant disruptive events.
Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and technology challenges to identify risks and opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills, including exceptional written and oral communication skills necessary to build relationships and positively influence decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple complex projects.
Certification from Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Business Continuity Institute (BCI), or other business continuity professional certification is a plus.

Salary Range:
The base salary for this position in California or NYC ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on your qualifications, skills, and experience. This information adheres to California SB 1162 and the NYC Wage Transparency Law.
