Overview
Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about organization? Are you ready to serve clients? Our thriving accounting office is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team and help us deliver exceptional financial services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
Prepare and submit payroll and sales tax returns
Conduct regular general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency
Analyze and correct financial discrepancies, including journal entries
Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Experience
CPA/EA/BOOKKEEPER
Experience in public accounting is a PLUS
Minimum Of 5 Years Bookkeeping Experience a MUST
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
