Job Title: Experienced Associate Attorney – Probate & Estate Location: Remote/Hybrid – MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GREATER AUSTIN AREA for court appearances in Williamson, Travis, and Bell Counties; remote for all other work.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team and play a key role in serving our Central Texas clients.
Position Summary We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of direct experience in probate and estate planning law. This hybrid position includes in-person court appearances in Williamson, Travis, and Bell Counties while allowing for remote work on most day-to-day tasks.
Candidates must be located in the Greater Austin Area to accommodate court obligations and occasional client meetings.

Key Responsibilities - Represent clients in probate proceedings, including independent/dependent administrations, muniments of title, and guardianships.
- Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Attend court hearings and manage Williamson, Travis, and Bell Counties filings.
- Guide clients with empathy through estate planning and administration processes.
- Maintain accurate records and deadlines using MyCase and firm tools.
- Collaborate with staff on legal strategy, calendaring, and client communications.
Required Qualifications - Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- 3–5 years of experience in probate and estate planning law.
- Strong knowledge of the Texas Estates Code and local court procedures.
- Must be located in the Greater Austin Area.
- Confident in representing clients in court.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MyCase (or similar legal software), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Traits - Approachable and emotionally intelligent.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with contested probate or guardianship matters is a plus.
