📍 On-Site | Full-Time | $235,000 - $390,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on M&A transactions, private equity investments, and joint ventures, both domestically and internationally.
• Conduct due diligence, negotiate key terms, and draft and review transaction documents.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex deal structures across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and energy.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice tailored to their business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-6 years of M&A and private equity experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and bar admission in New York.
• Expertise in corporate law, transactional law, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
