We seek an experienced personal injury attorney with strong people skills, case investigation and development and injury claim resolution expertise. This role offers a significant career advancement opportunity for those ready to take on a greater role in both pre-suit and litigation cases, with an emphasis on new client cases and pre-litigation responsibilities.

Experience Required and Spanish Fluency Necessary:

• Willingness to learn and grow both in pre-suit and litigation experience for your career.

• Leadership mindset for leadership and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities starting for Leader Opportunity and growth to these skills as a Junior Attorney:

• Oversee and manage a docket of diverse personal injury cases, including auto/trucking, medical malpractice and premises liability cases.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• A passion for being a Plaintiff personal injury trial lawyer.
• Strong deadline driven and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of office technology, experience with Filevine and Lead Docket.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and dependability.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be able to read and write in Spanish.
