Job Title: A/P Clerk
Job Description This A/P Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the A/P inbox by pulling incoming invoices and uploading them into the system. They will open, scan, sort, and file the mail. Additionally, they will perform the verification process, which involves reviewing key pieces in an invoice, ensuring its accuracy, and assigning it to the appropriate cost center based on the GL code.

Essential Skills - 2+ years of experience working in an office setting.
- 2+ years of data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to navigate within Excel spreadsheets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with Workday.
- Experience with A/P invoicing.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical skills.
Work Environment
This role requires the person to work onsite every day. The office has an open floor concept, and the person will have their own desk that joins with three other desks facing towards each other. The team is described as fun and enjoys keeping the mood light. The opportunity is temp to hire, and the workplace features an excellent cafeteria with great food.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
