Assists in managing inventory control and ordering of supplies; assists in supervising maintenance of
anesthesia equipment and supplies. Supports anesthesiologists with the day-to-day activities within
the operating rooms and special procedure areas. Cost savings by identifying alternative supplies.

Reports to: Anesthesiologist in Charge, Chairman of Anesthesia, Chief CRNA
Provides Supervision to: Anesthesia Technician

Level of care delivered through the utilization of standards of practice reflecting age specific groups include the following:
Neonate/Infant1 year Toddler
3 years, pre-School,3 – 5 years, School Age\5-12 years Adolescent
13-18 years,Adult18-65 yearsGeriatric65 years
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
College degree in an Allied Health Care Field with 2 years’ experience as an
anesthesia technician.
OR
High school diploma, 2 years work experience as anesthesia technician, or
similar operating room experience
OR
Certification by the ASATT as an Anesthesia Technician or Technologist.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
