Job Description

-- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
-- Organize and schedule appointments efficiently.
-- Record accurate meeting minutes.
-- Handle various forms of correspondence, including emails and memos.
-- Assist in generating reports as needed.
-- Maintain organized filing systems.
-- Update and enforce office procedures.
-- Procure office supplies and research vendors.
-- Keep contact lists up to date.
-- Arrange travel arrangements efficiently.
-- Process and reconcile expense reports promptly.
-- Provide courteous support to office visitors.
